Counsellor / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

UCS Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive to handle college visits, student counselling, team coordination, student motivation, and admission target achievement.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with colleges and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
  • Coordinate and support the counselling and admission team.
  • Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Achieve assigned admission and business targets.
  • Prepare reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
  • Organize career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Requirements

  • MBA in HR / Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and counselling skills.
  • Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel to colleges.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Experience in academic counselling, education sales, business development, admissions, or marketing will be an advantage.
