Full job description

Roles:

● Monitor on-site quality control during execution of construction activities.

● Prepare daily planning reports, work progress reports, and manpower reports.

● Prepare Monthly, 60-Day, and 90-Day Look-Ahead Construction Programs.

● Coordinate with contractors for regular work progress and execution.

● Coordinate with purchase, stores, and consultants for required project data during

the construction stage.

● Verify and prepare sub-contractor running account (RA) bills, including:

○ Measurement Sheets

○ Abstracts

○ Material Reconciliation Statements (bill-to-bill basis)

● Prepare snagging and de-snagging lists for completed structures.

● Extract material quantities from drawings and submit requirements to the stores

department for procurement.

● Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).

● Supervise and manage building finishing works such as:

○ Brickwork

○ Plastering

○ Tiling

○ Painting

○ Waterproofing

Technical Skills

● Degree: BE / BTech / Diploma in Engineering, must be well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience required 15 plus years. If working in Hydrocarbon, petrochemical, fertilizers, cement, energy solutions company would be preferred.

● Good computer knowledge is required.

● Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and extract required construction details.

Communication Skills

● Must be able to communicate fluently in English (preferred).

● Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
