Work from Home: Eligible for 2 days/week WFH after completion of 3 months from DOJ

Do you have experience handling UK motor insurance claims and thrive in a fast-paced claims environment?

We're looking for an FNOL Claims Handler to join our Claims team and support Otto's UK operations by managing First Notification of Loss (FNOL), conducting incident investigations, assessing liability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound FNOL calls from drivers
• Capturing accurate incident details and claim information
• Reviewing CCTV/Dashcam footage to support investigations
• Conducting initial liability assessments
• Contacting third parties to maximise intervention opportunities
• Maintaining accurate claims records and supporting documentation
• Managing claims administration and supporting the wider UK Claims team
• Ensuring SLA compliance and delivering high-quality customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Experience handling UK Motor Insurance Claims
• Hands-on experience with First Notification of Loss (FNOL)
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Excellent analytical and investigative abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience reviewing CCTV/Dashcam footage is an advantage
• Knowledge of liability assessment, intervention claims, or accident management is preferred
