The Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (Sr.) who can take products from idea → architecture → production.

This is not a “ticket execution” role. You’ll work closely with founders, product, AI teams, and design to build and scale core systems powering our AI products and internal platforms.

You should be comfortable moving fast, figuring things out independently, and owning features end-to-end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and deployment.

If you enjoy high-agency environments, shipping rapidly, solving real engineering problems, and building products used by actual customers , you’ll fit in well here.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong frontend engineering skills with React
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and Python
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication systems, architecture, debugging, and scalable backend design
• Experience with cloud hosting, deployments, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows
• Ability to independently build and ship production systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals and clean coding practices
• Comfortable working directly with product and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving ability
• Startup mindset, high agency, fast execution, low ego
• Someone who can operate in ambiguity and still deliver

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI/LLMs, agentic workflows, vector databases, or AI tooling ecosystems
• Experience integrating AI APIs into production applications
• Strong understanding of modern developer tooling and AI-assisted/vibe coding workflows
• Open-source contributions, side projects, or evidence of building beyond assigned work

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
