Full job description
Job Location:- Zanzibar, East Africa (Over Seas)
Safety Supervisor
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their root causes.
Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents.
Coordinate with management to establish and monitor safety protocols.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety measures and make recommendations for improvements.
Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
Collaborate with external safety consultants and regulatory agencies.
Prepare and present safety reports to management and regulatory bodies.
Monitor the workplace for hazardous conditions and unsafe practices.
Promote a culture of safety within the organization through campaigns and initiatives.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
