• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including return filing and assessments.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Implement financial controls and improve accounting processes.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and preparation of MIS reports.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and risk management activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in audit management and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5–10+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Proven track record of handling audits, taxation, and financial management independently.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
