Executive – Supply Chain
Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive with 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations, preferably in the Electronics / EMS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of electronic components such as Semiconductors, ICs, PCBs, Wiring Harnesses, and related parts.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Support procurement cost reduction initiatives.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and timely deliveries.
- Track open POs and expedite urgent material requirements.
- Collect quotations and prepare vendor comparison sheets.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Planning, and Production teams.
- Maintain supplier, pricing, and procurement data in ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid material shortages.
- Maintain procurement documentation and prepare MIS reports.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.
- Experience in electronic component procurement is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and supplier negotiation.
- Experience in PO processing and delivery tracking.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good communication and supplier follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Import/Export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / CEM / Electronic Component Distribution.
