1. RM Stores Operations

Supervise daily receipt, unloading, shifting, stacking and issue of RM.

Ensure proper identification and segregation of RM by grade, material, supplier and lot.

Ensure material is stored at designated locations.

Maintain proper movement and traceability of RM.

2. Contractor Management

Manage day-to-day activities of RM handling contractors.

Plan manpower deployment for unloading, shifting, sorting and stacking.

Monitor contractor attendance, productivity and discipline.

Verify work completed before submission of contractor bills.

Escalate manpower or performance issues to the Stores In-Charge.

3. Inventory Control

Ensure physical stock matches system records.

Conduct daily/periodic physical verification as instructed.

Immediately report shortages, excesses, unidentified material or location mismatches.

Support monthly stock reconciliation and stock-taking.

4. RM Issue & Movement

Ensure RM is issued to Production against authorized requirements.

Verify material, grade, quantity and lot before issue.

Maintain proper documentation of all RM movements.

Ensure no unauthorized material movement.

5. 5S & Housekeeping

Maintain 5S standards in RM Stores and handling areas.

Ensure proper stacking, identification, aisle clearance and cleanliness.

Conduct daily checks and close identified deviations.

6. Coordination

Coordinate with:

Production for RM requirements

Security for vehicle/material movement

Contractors for handling activities

7. System & Documentation

Ensure timely updating of RM receipts, issues, transfers and other movements in the ERP.

Maintain required registers and records.

Support implementation of Facto-based system controls from 1 October.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
