Game Level Designer jobs

We're looking for a creative Game Designer / Game Level Designer to ideate, design, and develop fun, engaging, and interactive games for children aged 3–12. You will turn original game ideas into playable experiences by defining gameplay mechanics, objectives, challenges, levels, and progression, working closely with 2D artists and Unity developers to bring games to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop original game concepts suitable for children's motion-based gaming.
• Design gameplay mechanics, rules, objectives, challenges, rewards, and progression.
• Create level layouts, game flows, and engaging gameplay experiences.
• Prototype and implement game mechanics and levels using Unity.
• Collaborate with artists, developers, and sound designers to develop games.
• Playtest games, gather feedback, and iterate to improve fun, usability, and engagement.
• Design age-appropriate experiences that encourage physical activity, creativity, and learning.
• Create game design documents and communicate gameplay requirements clearly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in game design or level design, or equivalent demonstrable skills.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, game loops, and level design principles.
• Familiarity with Unity; experience building prototypes is preferred.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Passion for games, especially casual, educational, or children's games.
• A portfolio showcasing game concepts, prototypes, or levels is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
