- Manage front desk operations, including bookings, walkins and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Keep gaming areas clean, organized and ready for next session.
- Work as part of the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
REQUIREMNETS
- Good communication skills (english, hindi, kannada).
- friendly, customer focused personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Handle payments.
