CRM Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of promotional campaigns, audience segmentation, lifecycle management, and casino content operations across our Betly Casino and Sportsbook brands.

The role will be responsible for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring CRM campaigns, as well as identifying audience and promotional opportunities that drive player engagement, loyalty, and incremental value. In addition, the role will serve as an executional point of contact for casino content configuration, including the integration and deployment of new games across platforms and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced online gaming environment while coordinating with Marketing, Acquisition, Compliance, Casino, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

CRM & Campaign Operations

• Develop strong working knowledge of CRM, bonusing, audience-building, segmentation, and lifecycle management tools, and leverage these tools to support promotional effectiveness and profitability.
• Build and manage audience segments, lifecycle journeys, automations, and A/B tests; routinely monitor performance and optimize campaigns for efficiency and engagement.
• Build, test, schedule, deploy, and analyze promotional campaigns, boosts, loyalty offers, and other player engagement initiatives.
• Monitor player activity, value, preferences, and lifecycle segments to identify changes in audience composition, segment growth, migration, and engagement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and performance observations to leadership to support CRM and promotional planning.
• Partner with Marketing and other relevant teams to understand player behavior across channels and identify opportunities to deliver more relevant, cohesive, and personalized content and offers.
• Coordinate the scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance analysis of outbound communications, including Rich Inbox, SMS, email, and mobile push notifications.
• Collaborate with the Acquisition team to identify opportunities to leverage lookalike audiences, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversion and retention.
• Ensure all CRM campaigns and communications comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established governance standards.
• Follow quality-control processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and validity of player data, campaign configurations, and promotional offers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, campaign operations, or a related role; experience in online gaming, iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience working with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, or a related area.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, audience segmentation, campaign management, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret gaming, customer, and campaign data and translate insights into practical business actions.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present business performance metrics to management and other stakeholders.
• Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Working knowledge of the online sportsbook and iCasino industry, including player journeys, wager types, user flows, casino products, and applicable gaming concepts.
• Familiarity with a range of casino games and their basic rules and mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Role Requirements:

• Ability to participate in integration and vendor calls, which are typically scheduled before 12:00 PM EST.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 3 hours of working-time overlap with the Director of Casino.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with teams across different time zones.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with campaign configurations, game launches, player data, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
