Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GeM Handling Executive to manage all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, participating in GeM bids, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM Portal.
• Search and identify relevant GeM bids and reverse auctions.
• Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and technical documents.
• Upload product catalogs and maintain GeM listings.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing and compliance.
• Track bid status, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and tender requirements.
• Maintain bid records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Liaise with government departments for bid-related queries.
• Support order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in GeM portal handling.
• Strong knowledge of GeM bidding, reverse auctions, and tender documentation.
• Familiarity with OEM authorizations, compliance documents, and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
