Key Responsibilities

  • Clienteling & Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain a portfolio of VIP clients. Ensure consistent follow-ups for repeat business, referrals, and previews of new, exclusive collections.
  • Personalized Consultations: Greet and guide clients through the curation and bespoke/custom design process for special orders and personalized heirloom pieces. [1,

  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximizing opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Store Operations: Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, assist with inventory management, and facilitate bespoke or after-sales services (cleaning, repairs, appraisals).
  • Brand Representation: Embody the luxury, elegance, and exclusivity of the brand while adhering to security and compliance protocols.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
