Looking for someone dedicated and willing to work 8 hours M-F. Will be given various tasks and need to do them accurately and efficiently. We primarily sell on Amazon and are looking to make sure our listings are correct. In addition, various tasks will be given throughout and must be completed in a timely manner.

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Worker to support our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms and ensuring information integrity within our systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update records in company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
• Generate reports and extract data as requested by management or other departments.
• Perform routine data quality checks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support administrative functions and assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support. Min 3 years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
