Role:- PCAI Engineer (AI/ML Engineer)

Interview Process

Qualification

• Any Graduate (Degree Mandatory)

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate Joiners
• Internship Experience: 2 months to 1 year

Required Skills

• Good understanding of AI/ML and Analytics applications
• Knowledge of Kubeflow and MLflow
• Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU and CUDA
• Basic knowledge of Operating Systems, Networking, and Virtualization
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) for NVIDIA GPU-based AI model deployment
• Excellent English communication skills (Global Customer Support)
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers.
• Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise and mission-critical AI environments.
• Analyze technical problems and assess their business impact.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HPE remote and field support teams to resolve critical issues.
• Troubleshoot NVIDIA GPU and AI infrastructure-related problems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies for business solutions.
• Provide technical support for Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Work with AI tools such as Apache Airflow (Data Orchestration) and MLflow (Machine Learning Lifecycle Management).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
