• Business Analyst – Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst Role Overview:
• A Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• They analyze data, gather requirements, identify business problems, and help organizations improve processes and make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Collect, clean, and interpret data to generate insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams.
• Create functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
• Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of business processes and documentation.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Internship or project experience in data analysis or business analysis is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹375,639.74 - ₹1,456,802.07 per year
