Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, handling operational workflows, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Responsibilities:

· Monitor crash analytics in Firebase, update records in tracking sheets, and share updates with the team.

· Filter and manage incoming “Contact Us” queries by removing spam and ensuring relevant queries are addressed.

· Perform accurate data entry and updates for medicine-related information.

· Handle end-to-end order processing, including:

o Accepting and validating orders.

o Creating shipping labels and sending them via email.

o Updating admin portals and tracking sheets.

o Maintaining customer follow-up and device tracking records.

· Assign users and care recipients in affiliated accounts.

· Track shipments and update delivery status in internal systems.

· Regularly update FAQ data in staging and production environments.

· Update e-commerce dashboard data.

· Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and share insights with the team.

· Perform off-page SEO activities such as classified submissions.

· Manage social media sharing across platforms (e.g., Facebook groups).

· Perform data entry, data import, and other operational tasks for various projects as assigned.

Weekly Responsibilities

· Prepare and share reports including:

o Crash analytics summary.

o Customer subscription and renewal reports.

o Customer follow-up status reports.

· Generate and share:

o Website traffic reports (Android & iOS).

o Advertisement performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in data entry for 1-3 years.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Basic understanding of spreadsheets and data management tools.

AI & Technical Skills:

· Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI assistants for data processing, documentation, and workflow automation.

· Experience using AI-powered automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

· Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Firebase and Microsoft Clarity.

· Understanding of CRM systems and admin dashboards.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

· Basic knowledge of data validation, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

· Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
