Job Overview:

As the Principal of NCFE, you will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and direction for the school to ensure academic excellence, student welfare, and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educational Leadership:

- Academic Excellence: Ensure the school's academic programs are in line with CBSE standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of the school's curriculum to meet CBSE requirements and the changing needs of students.

- Professional Development: Support the growth and development of teachers and staff by promoting a culture of ongoing learning.

2. Student Welfare:

- Student Well-being: Prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of students, fostering an environment that promotes inclusivity and respect.

- Discipline: Enforce disciplinary policies that ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.

3. Operational Management:

- Administrative Efficiency: Oversee school operations, including budget management, admissions, infrastructure maintenance, and effective resource utilization.

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all CBSE regulations, including curriculum updates and examination processes.

4. Community Engagement:

- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
