A jewellery retail sales executive greets showroom customers, explains product features like gold purity, diamond cuts, and pricing, and drives sales to meet store targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, inventory maintenance, and professional client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome buyers, identify preferences, and showcase suitable gold, diamond, or platinum items.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain specifications including weight, purity, stone grades, and making charges.
  • Counter Management: Arrange and display items neatly in assigned counters, tallying opening and closing stock.
  • Client Relations: Follow up with customers for special occasions, feedback, and repeat business.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
