Designation :- Data Management Executive

Location :- Dilshad Garden Delhi

Job Responsibilities :-

Data Management & CRM Operations

• Manage, update, and maintain customer, vendor, inventory, and business data in Zoho CRM.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all business systems.
• Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and duplicate record management.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

FMS & IMS Management

• Handle data entry, monitoring, and reporting activities in FMS (Field Management System) and IMS (Inventory Management System).
• Track inventory records, stock movements, material transactions, and operational data.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and operational records.

Google Sheets & Automation

• Develop and maintain advanced Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Create automated workflows using Google Apps Script to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Integrate data from Zoho, FMS, IMS, and other platforms into centralized reporting systems.
• Design dashboards and automated reports for business performance monitoring.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support management with data-driven insights and business reports.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting.

Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement data management best practices.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Query Functions, Data Validation, Dashboards).
• Working knowledge of Google Apps Script for process automation.
• Experience with FMS (Field Management System) and IMS (Inventory Management System).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
