Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Laptop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
