Coordinate with relevant Central and State Government departments. Assist clients with applications for licenses, registrations, approvals, and permits. Follow up on applications and maintain communication with concerned authorities. Support clients in identifying and applying for applicable government schemes, subsidies, incentives, and financial assistance. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government agencies regarding project finance. Track approval processes and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain proper documentation and status records for each project. Understand government procedures, schemes, policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial and business projects. Coordinate internally with project consultants and clients. Provide regular updates on the status of applications and approvals.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in government liaison, project approvals, industrial consultancy, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of government departments, licensing procedures, permits, subsidies, and project approvals.
• Good understanding of banking/project finance processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple government departments and agencies.
• Willingness to travel for official and client-related work.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
