Job Title: Medical Assistant (US Healthcare – Night Shift)

Location: On-site, Delhi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday off)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are a US-based healthcare group with a backend operations office in Delhi, seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our physicians with medical documentation, records management, and medico-administrative tasks. This is an on-site, night-shift role aligned with US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist US-based doctors with daily medical records and clinical documentation
  • Review and organize lab reports and diagnostic results
  • Perform accurate medical data entry and maintain patient records
  • Handle medico-administrative tasks, including chart preparation and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation and data standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians and internal teams

Eligibility Requirements

  • Educational Qualification (Mandatory):
  • Pharm D
  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
  • Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Prior experience in US healthcare / medical back-office / medical assistant roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM) consistently
  • Willingness to work on-site from the Delhi office
  • Comfortable using computers and medical record systems (EHR/EMR knowledge is a plus)
