Work Type: Work from home initially, then move to our Vadodara office once ready
Work Hours: US Eastern Time (EST) — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (full-time)

About the Role

The Dental Services (TDS) is hiring an Open Dental Billing Lead who will be fully responsible for running U.S. dental billing operations and building a team in India. You will own quality, turnaround, and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing in Open Dental: claims submission, EOB posting, denials, resubmissions, secondary claims, insurance A/R follow-up
• Create daily/weekly workflows, trackers, and simple SOPs
• Communicate clearly with U.S. management (during EST hours)
• Hire, train, and manage a growing billing team in Vadodara
• Maintain strong data security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Strong experience in U.S. dental billing (Open Dental is required)
• Ability to lead independently and be accountable for outcomes
• Good English communication (email + calls)
• Experience training/handling a team is preferred

Compensation

₹5 – ₹10 LPA (CTC) + performance-based bonus (based on experience)
