As a Graphic Designer at Beacon Minds, a digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for the design and visual communication efforts of our clients from various industries. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling and cohesive visual content that resonates with the target audience. Your creative skills will help elevate brands and deliver meaningful messaging through engaging and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Role Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements/brief,designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
• A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines.
• Work on different branding solutions: brand identity, engaging and effective social digital creative’s that inspire and drive response.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Creation of online visual design, typography, infographics, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms.
• Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
• Execute top quality design work as necessary in alignment with the agency’s standards and client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and software to ensure the best possible design solutions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates with 1-4 years of work experience can apply. Prior experience in Digital/Social Media.
• Should have excellent presentation, layout skills and excellent design portfolio.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
