You'll also contribute to branding, marketing, and product initiatives for KillShill, our AI-powered platform bringing transparency to trading influencers and signals.

As a Full-Time Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating impactful marketing assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and high-quality graphics for digital platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Create marketing creatives, banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations, infographics, reports, pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, branding campaigns, performance marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling visual designs while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, product, and business teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with campaign goals.
• Create original illustrations, layouts, icons, and visual elements using typography, color, imagery, and composition effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards.
• Review, refine, and improve existing design systems, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and brand consistency.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, photographs, videos, and brand resources.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, social media content formats, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet organizational quality standards and effectively communicate the intended message.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (startup or agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and digital design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and Canva.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing and motion graphics tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, AI, or startup brands.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar creative platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per day
