Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that support the company's branding, marketing, and communication objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform concepts into engaging visual content for both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
- Design social media posts, website graphics, email marketing creatives, and other digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements.
- Edit images, illustrations, and graphics to enhance visual appeal.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare artwork files for print production and digital publishing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
