About the Role We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Visualiser cum Graphic Designer to join our in-house brand and marketing team for a retail and luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong art and design background, a refined visual sensibility, and the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts across print, digital, retail, and campaign formats. Prior experience working with jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands will be an added advantage. This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute creatively, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external creative agencies to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touch-points. Key Responsibilities Develop strong visual concepts and creative directions based on marketing and campaign briefs Create layouts, mood boards, campaign references, presentation decks, and visual storytelling elements Work closely with the Marketing Manager and brand team on campaign planning and execution Coordinate with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives Collaborate with photographers, VM (Visual Merchandising) teams, printers, vendors, and content/design partners whenever required Ensure consistency in visual identity across all communication and campaign materials. In-House Creative & Design Execution Handle day-to-day in-house creative requirements including: Store collaterals Posters and standees Event branding and collaterals Offer creatives WhatsApp creatives Instagram stories and reel covers Festival creatives and wishes Store announcements Product highlight creatives Regional communication Print adaptations Outdoor branding Packaging and retail communication Production & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with print and fabrication vendors for production execution Supervise artwork adaptation, print outputs, sizing, and finishing details Ensure quality control across all printed and fabricated materials Campaign & Brand Support Design and adapt creatives for: Print advertisements In-store branding Social media Digital campaigns Outdoor campaigns Packaging and marketing collaterals AI-Assisted Creative Workflows Use AI tools for: Moodboard creation Concept ideation Visual references Creative exploration Presentation development Additional Responsibilities Support seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, launches, and retail communication Stay updated with trends in design, fashion, luxury retail, advertising, and AIassisted creative workflows Assist in retouching supervision and visual quality checks wherever required Requirements 4–6 years of experience in visualisation, graphic design, branding, or creative direction Prior experience with jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands preferred Formal education in Art, Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related creative field from a recognised art/design institute. ◦ Branding & Typography ◦ Layouts and composition ◦ Visual storytelling ◦ Luxury aesthetics Strong knowledge of: ◦ Print production ◦ Materials and finishes ◦ Printing and fabrication processes Ability to translate ideas and briefs into refined visual concepts Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail Good presentation and conceptual thinking skills Ability to adapt across different campaign styles and formats Software & Tools Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Canva / Presentation tools Preferred: Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and workflows Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Highly organised and proactive Comfortable working in a collaborative yet lean in-house setup Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
