Full job description
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases
- Process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers accurately and on time
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure they are accurately posted
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare and file GST/tax-related documents as required
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment queries
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in petty cash management and reporting
- Perform other administrative and clerical accounting duties as assigned
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
