Full job description

Job Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Expert to handle study and work visa applications for international destinations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of visa procedures, excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients professionally throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle study visa applications for Australia, Canada, UK, EU and Schengen countries
  • Process work visa and permit applications for Gulf (GCC) and European countries
  • Guide clients on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation and procedures for respective destinations
  • Verify, organize and submit client documents accurately and within deadlines
  • Assist clients with SOP, financial documentation, language proficiency and supporting paperwork
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates and visa agencies for application follow-ups
  • Manage visa rejections and reapplications with corrected documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, status updates and client communication
  • Stay updated with changing immigration rules and visa policies across all target countries
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and timely submission of all applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3–5 years of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy
  • Hands-on knowledge of study visa processes for Australia, Canada, UK, EU and Schengen
  • Working knowledge of GCC and European work permit/visa requirements
  • Strong communication, documentation and client handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English mandatory; Hindi essential

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
