Job Title: Drylining Technical Coordinator
Location: Remote / India-based
Trade: Drylining / Interior Fit-Out

LLC Group is looking for a knowledgeable Drylining Technical Coordinator to support our UK team with technical advice, drawing reviews, manufacturer coordination, and drylining system queries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company within the construction industry. The role would suit someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and an interest in drylining, interior systems, and construction detailing.

This is not a role where the person will be expected to design full systems from scratch. The role is to provide technical support, review information, identify issues, and help the team make informed decisions during discussions with clients, architects, consultants, and manufacturers.

Key Duties:

• Review architectural, structural, and drylining drawings
• Review specifications, schedules, and manufacturer system information
• Provide technical advice on partitions, ceilings, linings, fire-rated systems, acoustic requirements, and finishing details
• Help identify drawing gaps, specification issues, clashes, and missing information
• Support technical discussions with clients, architects, consultants, and manufacturers
• Liaise with manufacturers such as Siniat, British Gypsum, Knauf, and others where required
• Help review manufacturer details, data sheets, test evidence, and system requirements
• Provide buildability comments and practical advice to the UK team
• Support procurement by reviewing the technical suitability of materials and systems
• Attend Microsoft Teams calls when required and communicate clearly in English
• Keep technical information, notes, trackers, and records organised

Education:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, or a related design/construction discipline

Essential Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident communicating on Microsoft Teams calls
• Able to read construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Good understanding of building construction and technical detailing
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• Able to work remotely with a UK-based team

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of drylining, partitions, ceilings, plasterboard systems, or interior fit-out
• Experience with Siniat, British Gypsum, Knauf, Gyproc, or similar manufacturer systems
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar software
• Procurement, estimating, or pre-construction support experience

This role would suit someone with a design-related civil engineering or architecture background who wants to develop into a technical drylining and interior systems role while supporting a growing UK construction business.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
