About the Role:

IDSSPL Technologies is a premier technology provider focusing heavily on advanced fintech, core banking platforms, and secure digital financial infrastructure. We are seeking 3 skilled and motivated Java Developers to join our engineering team at our Goregaon East office.

In this role, you will play a key part in building, optimizing, and maintaining highly scalable backend services and secure financial technology systems. If you have a solid grasp of Core Java, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for core banking and fintech applications.
• Framework Management: Develop robust backend services and microservices using Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
• API Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate secure RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and banking workflows.
• Database Management: Write and optimize complex queries using relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and manage data layers via Hibernate/JPA.
• Performance Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot and debug production issues, and optimize application performance for high-volume financial transactions.

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience in Java.
• Core Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Data Layer: Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and Hibernate/JPA.
• Web Services: Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and web services integration.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech, banking solutions, lending platforms, or payment gateways is a major plus.
• Joining Timeline: Must be an immediate joiner or have a maximum notice period of 15 days.
