Role: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate attendance and leave management
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR administration
- Support employee engagement activities
- Ensure HR policy compliance and documentation
- Handle day-to-day HR queries
- Travel Management for employees
- Event management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of HR experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and grow in an HR Generalist role
