Movigo is looking for an energetic and responsible HR Manager who can build a disciplined, performance-focused team and handle complete HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment for telecalling, field sales, operations, delivery and office roles
• Job posting on Indeed, Job Hai, social media and other hiring platforms
• Candidate screening, interview scheduling, joining and onboarding
• Attendance, leave, salary inputs and employee records management
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters and other HR documents
• Employee performance tracking, daily reporting and target follow-up
• Maintaining office discipline, employee engagement and retention
• Coordinating with management for manpower planning and cost control
• Handling exit formalities and replacement hiring when required

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in HR recruitment and employee management preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable with target-based, fast-growing startup environment
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HR documentation
• Experience in hiring telecallers, sales executives or field staff will be an advantage

Plus Point:
Candidates having knowledge of digital marketing, social media posting, Meta/Facebook ads, Canva creatives or lead-generation campaigns will be preferred. They may get an opportunity to support HR hiring campaigns as well as company marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
