Job Title: Global HR Recruiter

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Experience: 2–5 Years into end-to-end Recruitment mainly in the US & India

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Recruiter with proven experience in hiring across US and Indian markets for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, excellent candidate engagement skills, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing,

and onboarding.

 Handle hiring for a wide range of roles across: Technical (IT, Salesforce, etc.) Non Technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

 Source candidates through multiple platforms including:

→ LinkedIn

→ Indeed

and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

 Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

 Deliver a compelling candidate pitch to effectively communicate job opportunities and

employer value proposition.

 Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across different regions.

 Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates within defined timelines.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Maintain accurate records and reports using recruitment tracking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in global recruitment (US & India markets).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong candidate pitching and engagement skills.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experience in handling both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, indeed, and Naukri, DICE, Monstor Jobs
  • Familiarity with US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance (preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
