Position: Senior HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Openings: Multiple

Work Details:

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Any Qualification
• Prior recruitment experience preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Languages Required: English, Hindi & Kannada
• Laptop Mandatory

Compensation

CTC: ₹6.5 - 11.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tele sales or Inside Sales.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and databases.
• Deliver 2 qualified immediate joiner candidates daily.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct and support candidate training sessions.
• Ensure candidates qualify for offer letters.
• Track candidate performance and support them in achieving daily targets after joining.
• Maintain a backup pipeline to manage dropouts and replacements.
• Submit daily recruitment and hiring reports.

✅ End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

✅ Backup Candidates Ready for Dropouts

✅ Candidate Qualification for Offer Letters

✅ Training & Performance Follow-up

Virtual Interview & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
