The Role
This is a ground-up HR role. You won't be maintaining an existing system — you'll be building one. We need someone who can find great people fast, onboard them properly, and keep them accountable. If you've hired for creative or media companies before and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and close candidates across creative and execution roles
- Build a talent pipeline for campaign execution, edit pages, influencer management, and client servicing
- Onboard new hires with a structured 30-day plan
- Track new joiner performance and flag issues early
- Own culture — make BlackBond a place people want to grow in
- Build HR processes from scratch
What We're Looking For
- 1 -2 years of HR experience, ideally in media, music, entertainment, or a creative agency
- Strong sourcing track record — not just posting JDs, but actively hunting the right people
- Understands creative people and what motivates them
- High ownership, low drama — figures things out without being told twice
- Delhi/Noida -based, available full-time in office
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, informal, high-accountability environment
