Full job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Health Insurance Advisors (POSP).
Whether you are an experienced insurance professional or an IRDAI-licensed advisor looking for better earning opportunities, we welcome you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new health insurance business.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent after-sales support and service.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
IRDAI POSP/Agent License holders are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience in insurance, banking, finance, or marketing is an added advantage.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also welcome.
