WindStream is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless service support. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both customer acquisition and post-sales relationship management while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom, internet, IoT, and technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and account reviews.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Service Support & Customer Success

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely issue resolution.
• Track service requests and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Track leads, conversions, renewals, and customer feedback.

Pay: ₹18,205.36 - ₹32,606.12 per month
