Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
• Understand healthcare workflows involving doctors, patients, laboratories, and clinical operations.
• Analyze EHR/EMR applications and identify workflow gaps, process improvements, and business needs.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, healthcare professionals, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
• Support requirements validation, functional testing, UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate requirements and project updates.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with healthcare business processes and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and laboratory processes.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR applications and healthcare information systems.
• Knowledge of doctor, patient, lab testing, and related healthcare workflows.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare organizations, diagnostic laboratories, or clinical applications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with cross-functional healthcare IT teams.
