Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Medical Billing team. The selected candidates will receive training on US healthcare billing processes and will work with patient and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the US healthcare and medical billing process.
• Review patient and insurance information for accuracy.
• Enter and update billing and patient information in the system.
• Process medical claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Review claim-related documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Relevant Exp: 0-1 years (US healthcare).

Education: Graduation Mandatory.

Timings:

Should be flexible with night shift timings (8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm).

5 Days work - Fixed shift (Saturday and Sunday Week off).
