Job Description – Medical Tourism Package Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Medical Tourism Package Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for customers travelling internationally for medical treatments. The candidate will coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, hospital appointments, and other related services while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries for medical tourism and healthcare travel packages.
• Understand customer requirements, treatment plans, preferred destinations, budget, and travel dates.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and international healthcare partners.
• Prepare customized medical tourism packages including:
• Flights
• Hotels/accommodation
• Airport transfers
• Local transportation
• Visa assistance
• Hospital/clinic coordination
• Sightseeing or companion arrangements, where required
• Prepare quotations and negotiate packages with customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking and travel process.
• Coordinate with internal travel, visa, ticketing, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, documents, and payment information.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are properly coordinated before the customer's departure.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, suppliers, hotels, and other travel partners.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in medical tourism, travel sales, international travel, healthcare coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of international travel and tourism.
• Experience handling international customers will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive bookings.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
