Essential Functions:

• Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations
• Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions
• Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster
• Monitor and process applications and meeting the SLAs
• Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy
• Training and implementation of new processes
• Monitor and coordinate with TLs and accounts department – end of the day cash handover to an accountant
• Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
• MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
• Adherence to SOPs
• Ensuring the data matches the application entries daily and generate reports

Metrics & Organization Management:

• Customer Satisfaction (Handling Escalations, general queries, etc.)
• Team Satisfaction
• Adherence to SOPs
• MIS Reports
• Accuracy and Turn Around Time of Applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
