Full job description
- To conduct administrative hospital rounds, identify issues beforehand and fix concerns immediately.
- To report any abnormal finding to be reported to the Head Medical Services.
- To check ALOS & liaising with consultants if needed for long staying patients.
- To ensure documentation pertaining to IPD files.
- To attend all interdepartmental meetings and take initiative for additional responsibilities.
- To prepare for and attend MIS & Quality meetings.
- To prepare MIS of medical services department covering:
- Optimum bed utilization
- Timely discharge
- Optimum OT utilization.
- To map & analyze the quality indicators.
- To help management with continuous quality improvements & implementations.
