Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing clinic activities, supporting business growth, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow.
• Welcome patients and provide a professional, positive experience throughout their visit.
• Understand patient requirements and guide them to suitable healthcare services based on their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage long-term engagement.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up activities.
• Support the achievement of clinic performance goals through effective patient engagement.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with doctors and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in healthcare, wellness centres, diagnostic centres, clinics, hospitals, beauty & wellness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
