Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Fertility Patient Support Executive to coordinate with patients and couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The role involves patient communication, appointment coordination, treatment follow-up, and maintaining a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with couples and patients throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey.
• Explain appointments, treatment schedules, procedures, and required follow-ups clearly.
• Coordinate patient visits with doctors, nurses, embryology, billing, and other departments.
• Maintain regular communication with patients and provide timely updates.
• Support patients with appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up coordination.
• Address patient queries professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient coordination records and follow-up details.
• Assist in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience at the centre.
• Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations, investigations, and treatment visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies and patient-care standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in IVF, fertility care, hospitals, healthcare coordination, or patient relations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Patient-friendly attitude with professional behaviour.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
