The incumbent will work in Heat Treatment department who monitors and operates SQF, Nitriding, carburizing, Induction Hardening, Shot Peening and Specimen preparation of Microstructure analysis.
A Day in the life
To Monitor and operate SQF, Nitriding, carburizing, Induction Hardening, Shot Peening, Specimen preparation of Microstructure analysis.
Knowledge on SAP
Part delivery tracking & Failure identification and its trouble shooting
Calibration of present work flow and designing of new workflow
Academic Qualification & Experience
Diploma. (Mech)
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Strong understanding & Operation of SQF, Induction Hardening, carburising, Nitriding.
