We are looking for a strong, disciplined, reliable, and highly alert professional to join our team as a Personal Security Officer (PSO).

Location: Ballygunge, South Kolkata
Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day | 6 Days a Week

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum Height: Above 5’9”
✅ Physically fit with a muscular build
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Security Officer (PSO)
✅ Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen
✅ Valid 4-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage
✅ Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, Hindi, and Bengali
✅ Strong observational, crisis-handling, and communication skills
✅ Professional attitude with disciplined conduct

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the Head of the Organization
• Accompany the Head of the Organization at all times during travel, meetings, and public appearances
• Secure public appearances and control access to the Head of the Organization
• Monitor surroundings continuously and identify potential security threats or suspicious activities
• Safeguard office premises and monitor CCTV surveillance systems
• Maintain visitor screening, access control, and security protocols
• Respond promptly and effectively during emergencies or security concerns
• Handle all security-related responsibilities with vigilance, professionalism, and confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
