Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to head the service operations at our Ather showroom in Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance, customer satisfaction, and achieving service business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and delivery of Ather electric scooters.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to deliver superior customer service and achieve departmental goals.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and workshop productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with spare parts, sales, and technical teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for technicians and service advisors.
• Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., service revenue, customer satisfaction scores, repeat visits).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in automobile service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
• Technical knowledge of two-wheeler servicing (EV experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
