INTERNSHIP DRIVE – VERTICALS
1. Social Media Management
The Social Media Management vertical focuses on strengthening the digital presence and brand visibility of Global Hosiery across various social media platforms. Interns will assist in planning and scheduling content, creating engaging social media posts, developing reels and short-form videos, conducting caption and hashtag research, supporting community engagement, analyzing trends and competitors, and preparing performance reports.
2. Website Management
The Website Management vertical provides exposure to website operations and content administration. Interns will update website content, manage product information, publish blogs and articles, implement basic SEO practices, monitor website performance, improve user experience, identify errors, and assist in website analytics reporting.
3. E-Commerce & E-Listing Management
This vertical focuses on online marketplace operations and digital commerce management. Interns will create and optimize product listings, manage catalogues and SKUs, conduct marketplace keyword research, update product content and images, coordinate inventory and pricing information, monitor reviews, and analyze listing performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The CRM vertical offers practical experience in customer engagement and relationship building. Interns will support customer database management, lead tracking, customer query handling, feedback analysis, customer retention initiatives, CRM software updates, sales follow-ups, and customer satisfaction reporting.
