Full job description

Prime Indian Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and organized Hospital Administration Officer to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily hospital administrative operations.
  • Assist in patient admission, discharge, and registration processes.
  • Maintain hospital records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
  • Handle patient queries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate departmental activities.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
  • Support billing, insurance, and medical records processes when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of hospital operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
