Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow and minimize patient waiting times.
  • Coordinate consultant schedules, appointments and OPD sessions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between patients, consultants and hospital departments.
  • Assist patients and attendants with appointments, enquiries, guidance and service coordination.
  • Monitor patient experience and address service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Billing, Diagnostics, Nursing, Medical Records and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Ensure consultants are provided with the necessary operational and administrative support for smooth OPD functioning.
  • Maintain OPD statistics, MIS, reports and daily operational records
  • Assist in managing patient appointments, registrations and scheduling processes.
  • Support implementation of hospital policies, quality initiatives and patient service standards.
  • Escalate operational issues to the appropriate authorities for timely resolution.
  • Participate in patient satisfaction and service improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with consultants, patients, attendants and hospital staff.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle patients and attendants with empathy, patience and professionalism.
  • Good organizational, coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy hospital environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
